went to celebrate dad's bday today at 寒舍-a chinese restaurant in esplanade managed by this celebrity chef Ken.
The food was gooooooooooood:D and so was the price(60bucks per head:O) We had Amuse bouche(pan seared tofu w crisp fried foie gras) for appetizer, shark's fin w scallop and freshly peeled crabmeat in pumpkin broth, grilled fillet of silver cod in savoury chicken gravy(this is the best man, the meat was so tender that it was like melting in my mouth^^v), stir fried diced beef tenderloin in black pepper sauce, stir fried assorted seafood w fragrant mushroom and aubergine accompanied w homemade fish noodles and homemade mango pudding w coconut sorbet. gah, the thought of it still makes me hungry:/
